The minimum wage in San Francisco increases to $12.25 per hour effective May 1, 2015. San Francisco employers must replace their current minimum wage notice with the new notice reflecting the $12.25 rate. The new required poster is available on the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement's (OLSE) Minimum Wage Ordinance page.
San Francisco's minimum wage will eventually rise to $15 per hour by 2018, and future increases will be tied to increases to the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
