On 1/11/2013, the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) issued an updated advisory due to increased influenza activity locally and nationally: http://www.sfcdcp.org/document.html?id=771
Based on CDPH surveillance data as of 01/5/2013, statewide influenza activity is characterized as Regional #. Influenza A seasonal (H3) is the predominant strain and Influenza 2009 A (H1) and B are also circulating.
