As a part of National Children's Dental Health Month, Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) events are being held at several locations in San Francisco in early February.  All four GKAS events are free, with no appointments necessary – bring your children in for a fun and healthy adventure!

Saturday, February 1 – University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (2155 Webster St, 1st floor) from 10 AM to 2 PM.  Free dental screenings and cleanings, orthodontic evaluations, fluoride treatment, educational games, fun prizes, and the Little Explorers Petting Zoo.  Open to ages 0-17 years.  Call (415) 929-6550 for more information.

Friday, February 7 – SF General Hospital WIC Office (2250 32rd St, Bldg 9) from 10 AM to 3 PM.  Free dental screenings and fluoride varnish, toothbrushes, floss and toothpaste, along with free gifts and giveaways.  Open to ages 0-10.  Call (415) 575-5713 for more information.

Friday, February 7 – Native American Health Center Dental Clinic (160 Capp St, 2nd Floor) from 1:30 PM to 4 PM.  Free dental exams, preventative treatment (fluoride, sealants, and oral health education), cleanings, toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste.  Also snacks, games and prizes – open to ages 0-18.  Call (415) 621-8056 for more information.
