The American Dental Association began the GKAS program in 2003 as a way for ADA members to join with others in the community to provide dental services to underserved children.  The program initially began as a one-day event in February, but has since grown to local and national events year-round.  Free GKAS Dental Events in San Francisco, during the month of February, celebrating National Children's Dental Health Month, includes:

Friday, February 1
10am to 3pm - children aged 0 to 10
